Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Our products are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return or refund. We will accept damaged items for exchange provided they are in unused or unworn condition with tags in their original packaging. If you received an incorrect item or size, please let us know so we can contact our production partner to reship the correct item. 

We have a 14-day exchange policy for any item that is not noted as made to order. Customers have 14 days after receiving and item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@southofsouthie.com. 
We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to submit a photo to verify the damage. 

 

Gift Cards and Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale price items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Please note, all made to order items cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for a different size providing the item has not been worn or damaged. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. South of Southie will cover the shipping for the replacement item.
